The Court of Appeal of Naples has filed the ruling device with which the precautionary measures issued by the investigating judge of the Naples court against two anesthesiologists from the Capilupi hospital in Capri, who ended up in the investigation of last July 18 into the so-called “card-checkers”, were annulled. The annulment of house arrest was made known by former magistrate Claudio D'Isa, who now works as a lawyer and who took on the defense of one of the two defendants who were now released. Maurizio Borzillo was accused of having exchanged, on Christmas Day 2015, his badge with his other anesthesiologist colleague, who arrived at the hospital fifteen minutes late. The charge refers to 45 minutes of absence in three different episodes. Furthermore, the two anesthetists could soon be reinstated in their workplace.
