Therefore, a house search was carried out at the aforementioned individual's home in Marcianise, finding a total of 440 additional packets of cigarettes of various brands, all contraband.
Therefore, EA was arrested, already burdened by multiple and recent specific precedents, for violation of art. 291-bis of DPR 43/73 and all the cigarettes found were seized, at the disposal of the competent Public Prosecutor's Office of Santa Maria Capua Vetere.
