Naples. "I had an affair with Maradona. I never said it, so as not to cause trouble. It was the early '90s, and Diego and I dated for a year and a half." Carmen Di Pietro tells Spy, exclusively, a sensational scoop: her clandestine relationship, which lasted a year and a half, with Diego Armando Maradona, when he was the world's best footballer and Naples' idol. Maradona thus became the second Napoli football idol to have had a relationship with Carmen Di Pietro. In 1993, the showgirl began a passionate relationship with Daniel Fonseca, who was married at the time.
