Autostrade Meridionali announces that on the A3 Naples-Pompei-Salerno, in the section between Cava De' Tirreni and Salerno, at km 51+550, there is an extraordinary maintenance worksite on the “S.Eremita” viaduct, which affects the southbound carriageway towards Salerno. In order to ensure the best safety conditions and to facilitate circulation, appropriate measures have been adopted to limit the duration of the work as much as possible, which is expected to end by the end of March. For the entire duration of the worksite, a reduction of the carriageway is planned, from two to one lane, with the slow lane closed to traffic. Therefore, longer than normal travel times will be possible during the following times of the week: - from Monday to Thursday: from 07:00 to 10:30; -from Friday to Sunday: from 17:00 to 22:00 In anticipation of a possible increase in waiting times at the entrance to the Cava De' Tirreni motorway station, it is recommended that those heading towards Salerno enter the A3 at the Salerno station. Any disruption to traffic or closures of the section affected by the work will be promptly reported via variable message panels and all available information channels.
