"What happened in Sant'Angelo di Ischia, where a tourist died while waiting for an ambulance that was blocked by the barrier that delimits the pedestrian area, is very serious. We must ascertain all the responsibilities, one by one, and also verify whether the illness that struck the tourist was one that would have left no escape anyway because, if it were not so, those responsible should be investigated for manslaughter".
