Naples. Red-light B&B on Via Chiaia: Municipal police officers report prostitute and owner. Behind the guise of a B&B in one of Naples' most touristy areas, a red-light business was hidden. Inside the facility on Via Chiaia, Municipal Police officers discovered the presence of a prostitute who had been operating for several weeks. The woman, with a criminal record for pimping, advertised her services on a website promoting paid encounters. She was reported to the judicial authorities for possession and distribution of child pornography pursuant to Article 600 of the Criminal Code, and her cell phone was seized. The owner and manager of the B&B were located. The latter was charged with aiding and abetting prostitution and fined for operating an unauthorized accommodation business. Further investigations revealed that the same individual was running another illegal accommodation business in the immediate vicinity.
