Battipaglia. Intimidation and extortion: Nicola Saturno, a 27-year-old from Battipaglia, has been convicted and arrested. Investigators believe him to be close to the De Feo clan. The convicted felon faces a three-year prison sentence and a €3,000 fine for conspiracy to commit attempted extortion, aggravated by conspiracy. Saturno was arrested by Carabinieri officers from the Battipaglia Company, led by Major Erich Fasolino, for the incident that occurred in Battipaglia on July 12, 2014.
