The Carabinieri of the Vomero-Arenella station tracked down a 22-year-old from Materdei, AP, already known to the police, who was fleeing from an execution order issued by the juvenile court of Naples for which he must serve 4 months in prison for illegal possession of weapons. The young man was at a friend's house in Arenella and, not having his documents with him, he provided a false name confirmed by the other boy.
However, the military carried out more in-depth investigations by taking their fingerprints and thus traced the true identity of the 22-year-old who was arrested and taken to prison in execution of the order of the AGE for false personal details.
His friend, Cristian Marotta, a 21-year-old already known to the police, will answer for aiding and abetting and is currently under house arrest.
