Train conductor attacked by a passenger without a ticket. The incident occurred yesterday morning, around 10:00 a.m., aboard the Naples Campi Flegrei-Salerno regional train, where the woman was undergoing routine checks. The passenger, after refusing to provide his personal details and confirm his status, attacked the train conductor, who violently grabbed her. The incident did not go unnoticed by other passengers, who, after helping the woman, attempted to surround the young man. However, he managed to escape to the Vietri sul Mare station, where the train had meanwhile stopped. The Naples Railway Police Operations Room, receiving a report of the attack, alerted a patrol from the Salerno Railway Police sub-section, already engaged in extraordinary checks, and provided the officers with the man's description. Police immediately rushed to the scene to search for the fugitive, who was located shortly thereafter in the city center. The man, a 21-year-old of Bulgarian origin, was reported to the Judicial Authorities for violence, threats, resisting arrest, and insulting a public official.
