The Adjudicatory Chamber of the Club Financial Control Body (CFCB), chaired by José Narciso da Cunha Rodrigues, has taken a decision on the AC Milan case following the referral of the head of the CFCB Investigative Chamber for the violation of the Financial Fair Play rules, in particular for the violation of the break-even rule. The club will not be able to participate in the next UEFA club competition for which it is qualified in the next two (2) seasons (one competition only in the 2018/19 season or in the 2019/20 season, in case of qualification).
This decision may be appealed to the Court of Arbitration for Sport, in accordance with Article 34(2) of the procedural regulations governing the UEFA Club Financial Control Body, and Articles 62 and 63 of the UEFA Statutes. The reasons for the decision will be published on UEFA.com in due course.
