Accused of sexually harassing two students, including one with a disability, the prosecutor has requested an immediate trial for the substitute teacher at the art school. He has been under house arrest since last March following complaints from a student at the De Luca art school in Avellino. His trial will begin on October 23rd before the Avellino court, a panel of judges.
The girl, after noticing that the substitute teacher had been following her for several days and that he would join her on the bus to try to make physical contact with her, filed a complaint against him. After an initial complaint, filed in November, it seemed that the situation was under control, but a few weeks later, the teacher, after getting on the same bus, sat next to her and during the journey, he reached out to the legs of the minor, under the astonished eyes of some witnesses. After groping the girl, the teacher got off at the next stop. Furthermore, according to the reconstruction carried out by the military, the man also followed another minor student from another institute. We are waiting for the report of a psychologist on another student with cognitive delay at De Luca who in May reported harassment by the same teacher.
