The agents of the Mobile Squad Investigative Analysis Unit executed an Order for the Application of Coercive Measure of House Arrest issued by the GIP of the Court of Naples at the request of the local Prosecutor's Office against Mario Arnese, 20 years old, as he is seriously suspected of the crime of aggravated robbery.
On May 30, in via Speranzella, the young man together with Antonio Bisaccia, already under house arrest with the use of an electronic bracelet, had robbed a woman by violently snatching a watch from her and then fleeing on a scooter. After the episode, the police immediately began investigations, examining several videos and frames that allowed them to trace the protagonists of the violent episode. In particular, Arnese was the driver of the scooter, who then waited at the moment for his accomplice, Bisaccia, the material perpetrator of the robbery. The police also examined the Facebook profiles of the two young men and their "friendship" links.
