The Carabinieri of the Ecological Operations Unit of Salerno and the Police Command of the Municipality of Nocera Inferiore have affixed seizure seals to illegal works carried out in the business and in the adjacent area used by the well-known tire assembly, repair and assistance company located in a rural area of the Municipality of Nocera Inferiore.
As part of the monitoring and control activities on compliance with environmental and building regulations, it was ascertained with the staff of the technical office of the territory and environment sector that the responsible parties, in violation of the authorization provisions granted, were carrying out illegal works and storing waste beyond the limits established by the current legislation.
The responsible parties were seized and reported in order to prevent their availability and interrupt the illicit activity.
