“Following the initial laboratory tests carried out by Prof. Adriano Tagliabracci at the Institute of Forensic Medicine of the University of Ancona, it can be reasonably stated that the bone remains found near the Hotel House in Porto Recanati belong to the minor Mossammet Cameyi”. This was reported in a note by the prosecutor of Macerata Giovanni Giorgio. The 15-year-old Bangladeshi girl disappeared in 2010. “At the moment, it can be reasonably assumed that the girl, once she arrived in Ancona at the Porto Recanati train station, went towards the Hotel House – continues the prosecutor Giorgio – so that shortly thereafter she was killed and buried near said building”. The prosecution also launches an appeal: "Anyone who can provide information is invited to contact or go to the Ancona or Macerata Police Headquarters or to other judicial police offices or to the Macerata Public Prosecutor's Office - Giorgio underlines - This is in order to allow the collection of useful elements for carrying out the investigations which are apparently not easy, given the long time that has passed since the minor disappeared".
