The second edition of Territori da Gustare (Territories to Taste) will take place this evening, starting at 20.00:7 PM, at the Masseria Guida in Ercolano, the property at the foot of Mount Vesuvius owned by the Guida siblings Giorgio, Tommaso, Francesco, and Maria, who have always been committed to social issues. This year's event is a tasting tour of Italy to raise funds for bread-making courses for autistic children supported by the Fondazione Istituto Antoniano in Ercolano. The motto of the event, organized by the Radici Association in collaboration with Laura Gambacorta and Fabio Oppo, is "fun that's good for you." Approximately sixty food and wine artisans enthusiastically accepted the invitation to participate, offering dishes and specialties from all over Italy. The free bread-making courses will be led by master baker Domenico Filosa of San Sebastiano al Vesuvio. The money raised during the evening will go towards the costs of childcare: the ticket to the event is €25 and includes seven tastings, a tasting glass with a matching glass holder.
