Musical emotions unfold in the album by musician Alfredo di Martino, born in 1967. "Free Reeds" is the title of the work that will be presented on July 16th at 12:00 p.m. in the foyer of the Supercinema theater in Castellammare di Stabia, in the presence of the artist and journalists Pierluigi Fiorenza and Titti Esposito. Unreleased songs, as well as well-known songs, are among the tracks from the "Alfredo di Martino Accordion Project," a musical journey from America to Argentina to Europe, with French melodies, returning to Naples. The performer, originally a pianist and later an accordionist and harmonica player, after a career spanning Italy with artists such as Renzo Arbore, Monica Sarnelli, and Gianni Conte, along with pop collaborations, pursued a jazz career with many artists from Campania. He then returned to his hometown with his first album. The album features the participation of musicians from the Italian and international jazz scene such as saxophonist Daniele Scannapieco, bassist Tommaso Scannapieco, drummer Luigi del Prete, singer Simona de Rosa and Michele di Martino, pianist and brother of Alfredo, and many others.
