Benevento: Capuano's time has come

From May to the rest of the transfer window... After securing the flagship of modern Napoli, Foggia isn't stopping. A new signing is just around the corner at the Stadio Strega. Benevento is about to finalize negotiations with Cagliari for a central defender. Marco Capuano, born in 91, is on loan to Crotone in the second half of the season just ended. The player is expected to move to Sannio permanently, especially since his contract with Cagliari expires in June 2019. The Sardinian club doesn't want to renew his contract, so the central defender has decided to return to Serie B. Capuano will therefore fill the remaining gap in defense, as Costa and Billong are on the list of departures. The deal isn't yet complete, but it's well underway between the Cagliari president and owner Vigorito, who has already reached an agreement with the player's agent, Mario Giuffredi.
