On Friday, July 13th, at 6:00 PM, at Palazzo Venezia, Via Benedetto Croce 19 in Spaccanapoli, the "LAZZARA/O VERACE" Certificate Award Ceremony will be held. This is the fun recognition that the I Lazzari Social Promotion Association bestows on all participants in the Neapolitan language courses (grammar, spelling, etymology, etc.) that the Association itself has organized and held, free of charge, for years, not only at Palazzo Venezia, but also throughout Campania at institutions, schools, and associations.
On this occasion, the nominations will also be given to the meritorious members, that is, those who with their artistic, cultural and social contribution, have commendably supported the activity of I Lazzari.
The ceremony will be attended by journalist and writer Ermanno Corsi, poet and essayist Salvatore Palomba, the Consul General of the Republic of Ukraine in Naples, Dr. Viktor Hamotskyi (also among the participants in one of the Neapolitan courses), journalist and writer Gennaro De Crescenzo (also president of the Neo-Bourbon Association), Fiore Marro, president of the Comitati Due Sicilie association, Ermete Ferraro, teacher of Italian and Neapolitan, as well as poets and writers in the vernacular, Nazario Napoli Bruno, Antonio Covino, as well as artists of the caliber of Lucio Ciotola, Mario Maglione, Enrico Mosiello, Liliana Palermo and Angelantonio Aversana.
The Municipality of Naples will not be missing with Flavia Sorrentino (Delegation of Autonomy for the City of Naples) and Paola Pastorino (Vice-president of the IV Municipality).
The Ceremony will be presented by Davide Brandi (president of I Lazzari and also tutor of the Neapolitan courses).
