Call center with 11 undeclared workers closed

Eleven workers without contracts were caught by the Guardia di Finanza during a raid in Santa Maria Capua Vetere, along with personnel from the Caserta Territorial Labor Directorate, at a company specializing in call center and teleselling services for major telecommunications companies. The company's operations were suspended. The workers were at their stations when the Capua Finance Police entered; the company's offices are located in the city center. Initial investigations revealed that all of the workers were working illegally: some had expired contracts, while others had never been hired because they were not listed on the required tax documentation. The police suspended the business and imposed administrative fines of approximately €6 on the responsible party.
