DDon Michele Barone is back in court to testify in the trial in which show girl Sara Tommasi is the victim of alleged sexual abuse. He arrives in court without a tunic but in light blue shirt sleeves. He is in civilian clothes, therefore, accompanied by two prison police officers.
The priest, who dreamed of the starlet “wrapped in flames” while “asking for help because she didn’t want to go to hell” during the trial, before the change of bench, Barone had been called to testify by the prosecutor Elena Guarino and had told of his dream, of the phone call to the girl, of their first meeting, of that trip to Medjugorje with Sara and a Polish friend of hers. Precisely because of his judicial vicissitudes, the lawyer Nicola Naponiello, defender of the manager Vincenzo Di Federico, one of the defendants, did not give his consent to the acquisition of the transcripts relating to his previous testimony and wanted him back in the courtroom to hear him.
After some questions from the defense, as reported by Il Mattino, the president of the panel Ferrara reread the minutes from which emerges - once again - the image of an "absent and sick" Tommasi who, as reiterated by Barone, her confessor, took a lot of medicine and who, according to what her confessor reports, was given "cocaine and a drink that made her dizzy by De Vincenzo".
During the hearing, De Vincenzo's driver, a certain Agrappino, was also heard, who instead gave a very different version of Tommasi's state of health: well aware of what he was doing.
The next hearing has been set for November. Witness in the courtroom Filippo Roma from Le Iene, who in the past has dealt with Tommasi and Barone.
