The second day of the Riqualifichiamo insieme tour by Naca, hosted on July 7th at the Hotel Michelangelo in Sorrento, will focus on how to obtain government funding made available by the Stability Law for the renovation and redevelopment of condominiums, specifically the Ecobonus and Sisma Bonus.
The first one encourages any work aimed at creating energy savings and less heat dispersion, while the second one facilitates all the expenses necessary for the evaluation and safety of properties located in high and medium seismic risk areas.
“Talking about financing for condominiums and in particular about Ecobonus and Sisma Bonus is fundamental” – says Antonio Rocco, Naca national coordinator and head of Training – “and it is even more so in areas with high seismic and hydrogeological risk such as our peninsula. In the Sorrento meeting we will focus precisely on this: how to coordinate the request for financing and the management of the works with the particular urban-landscape regulations of the Sorrento area”.
Obtaining financing is sometimes a long and cumbersome process, for this reason Naca has taken steps to obtain special agreements with Harley&Dickinson Finance srl, which will be illustrated during the meeting by
