He threw the dog with a large stone around its neck. It happened this morning at Lido Valderice, in the Trapani area. The dog managed to free itself from the collar and reach the shore, where it was immediately rescued by bathers who, witnessing the scene, had already alerted the police. Thanks to the microchip, it was discovered that the dog is a female and is called Mia. The owner, immediately identified by the Municipal Police officers, was reported for the crime of animal abuse and the dog was placed under criminal seizure. The President of NOITA Onlus thanked Mayor Stabile for taking an interest in the matter.
