The Big Mamma Group is seeking strictly Italian staff (at least 20 young people) for the opening of a new restaurant in France. Big Mamma has been in business for less than three years and already has seven restaurants, all located in different neighborhoods of the French capital, each with different characteristics, but all inspired by Made in Italy. Among these is the largest restaurant in Europe, which opened just last month. The job recruitment process, which begins now, is aimed at finding various positions: commis chefs, pastry chefs, restaurant staff, bartenders, pizza chef assistants, and pizza chefs. Passion is essential, so much so that the search is also open to recent graduates of hotel management schools. To be eligible for the selection process, please submit your CV, complete with photo, by July 10th to lasquadra@bigmamma.it. Those selected will be called to Rome's Testaccio area on July 14th, where they will meet with the chef managers and human resources managers. Big Mamma was born from the idea of two young entrepreneurs inspired by a passion for Italy's great food and wine tradition. Their website states: "We love serving only the finest Italian products, purchased directly from carefully selected producers and transformed into delicious dishes by the expert hands of our Italian chefs, respecting tradition." Their restaurants offer a wide selection of Italian products.
