“Have a good trip,” is the moving message that Tiziano Ferro entrusts to social media to remember Martina, the nineteen-year-old from Latina who died of a serious illness shortly before her final exams. “We didn’t have time to get to know each other,” the singer writes in a post on Instagram Stories, addressing the young fan from his hometown. “But I was with you and now you will be with me, forever.”
Martina passed away last June 12, three days after the exams. Her classmates decided to take the final exams in her place, completing for her a journey that, unfortunately, she could not complete alone.
