A black patient, hospitalized since yesterday evening and still unidentified, killed, with his bare hands, a 77-year-old Italian man from Falciano del Massico. The incident occurred in Sessa Aurunca, in the province of Caserta, within the Prevention, Diagnosis, and Treatment Department (SPDC) of the local hospital. A statement explains that Carabinieri patrols from Sessa Aurunca and the Cellole and Baia Domizia stations immediately responded to the scene. The officers, it adds, subdued the man with considerable difficulty, and he was then sedated by medical personnel. The man is now under close surveillance by law enforcement.
