The Nola Prosecutor's Office has opened an investigation into the death of the 32-year-old worker Aniello Bruno occurred inside the Ferrara pasta factory in the industrial area of Polvica di Nola. While waiting to assign the technical assignment for the autopsy, the company has been seized. The investigation is for manslaughter but the carabinieri who are carrying out the investigation together with some experts want to evaluate whether all the safety regulations had been activated on the machine that sucked up and crushed the unfortunate worker. And it is not excluded that there will also be other charges against the company's managers and the person responsible for safety at work (the first to be reached by the notices of investigation to have the autopsy carried out). The footage from the cameras inside the company, which have already been seized by the agents of the police station, will also shed light on the accident.

The company unions and some workers have emphasized that already a few days before the tragedy some packaging workers had reported to the head of the sector a problem related to that very machine, which did not seem to be working perfectly. But there are also those who claim that Aniello would have exposed himself too much towards the nozzle of the gear, which then sucked him without giving him any escape. but it will be precisely the videos on this that will clarify. In the meantime, the family mourns their loved one and the discussion of accidental deaths and safety at work returns.
