The Sarnataro administration continues its commitment to protecting the environment, installing ten new dog waste bins. Teknoservice has recently positioned several Eco Dogs along Via Crispi, Via Diaz, Piazza Municipio, Via Napoli, Via De Curtis, Corso Italia, Via Aldo Moro, and Via Ritiro. In the coming days, animal waste bins will also be installed on Via Ada Negri and Via San Giovanni. "We will gradually cover all areas of the city, both in the center and on the outskirts," explains Councilor Valerio Capasso. "The hope is that true animal lovers will use these special bins to keep our streets clean. As an administration, we are always attentive to all environmental issues." The new Eco Dogs join those already present for several months on Via Montale, Via Napoli, Via Cesare Pavese, Via Di Vittorio, Via Papa, Via Crispi, Via Luca Giordano, Via Granata, Via San Lorenzo, and Via Murelle. "The goal," says Mayor Luigi Sarnataro, "is to maximize citizens' civic-mindedness. For this very reason, we will soon install new wastebaskets in areas where they are lacking and replace damaged ones. This is all part of the broad environmental awareness campaign we've launched, along with enforcement efforts by local police and the Volunteer Environmental Guards, who can impose heavy fines on those who litter or fail to pick up after their dogs. There are no more excuses: our land must be protected, and each of us must do our part."
