Naples. State Police officers from the San Paolo Police Station have arrested Giovanni Ramaglia, 34, responsible for the crime of theft. Last night in via Terracina the officers saw the man crossing the street with a car battery in his hand. Suspicious, the officers decided to check him, but the man got into a car and drove away quickly to elude the check. The officers reached and stopped the car, finding inside it two car batteries, two wrenches and a wooden rod. The officers found that the man had stolen one of the batteries from a car parked in via Terracina, leaving the hood open. While Ramaglia was arrested awaiting trial this morning with a direct trial, an accomplice who was in the car with him was reported for the crime of receiving stolen goods.
