Ottaviano, the Medicean Summer is underway. Tributes to Troisi and Mia Martini

The Estate Medicea, the Municipality of Ottaviano's summer festival featuring books, music, theater, and film, returns on Sunday, July 15th and will continue until September. It kicks off on Sunday, July 15th at 8:30 pm in Piazza San Gennarello with "Le Stelle del Cafè Chantant," direct from the Salone Margherita in Naples.
On July 18th at Palazzo Mediceo at 20,30:XNUMX pm there will be the presentation of the book “I mariti inutile” by the journalist Januaria Piromallo. Followed by the show “Mi chiamava Mimì”, a tribute to Mia Martini.
On July 19th at 20,30:XNUMX pm in the cloister of the former high school, in via Cesare Ottaviano Augusto there will be a screening of the short film “Gamers” by emerging director Elena Palazzi and, to follow, a tribute to Massimo Troisi. The film “Ricomincio da tre” will be screened, with the participation of Luigi Troisi, Massimo's brother, and the mayor of San Giorgio a Cremano, Troisi's hometown, Giorgio Zinno.
On July 22nd at 20,30:XNUMX pm we return to the Palazzo Mediceo for the show by the brothers Gianfranco and Massimiliano Gallo, “Torniamo Avanti”.
On July 25th at 19 pm, again at Palazzo Mediceo, Raffaele Urraro's book, “Gabriele D'Annunzio nel Palazzo dei Medici di Ottaviano” will be presented.
On August 3, 4 and 5 it is the turn of the 31st edition of “Piediterra in festa”, in Piazza Piediterra. On August 5 in Piazza San Gennarello at 20,30:47 pm the film by Totò, “XNUMX morto che parla” will be screened.
On August 14th at 21 pm in the cloister of the former high school, in via Cesare Ottaviano Augusto Carlo Faiello and Lorenzo Calogero will hold a concert in homage to the Neapolitan musical tradition.
On September 5th at Palazzo Mediceo at 19 pm, presentation of the book on autism “I am here too” by Rosa Ascione, Maria. Villani, Luigi Corcione. Coordinated by the journalist Franco Buononato.
Finally, on September 10th, at 19 pm at Palazzo Mediceo, the meeting with the writer Maurizio De Giovanni, with the participation of the president of the Naples award Domenico Ciruzzi and the film producer Gabriella Buontempo.
