The State Police officers of the Portici Ercolano Police Station have placed under arrest a 26-year-old PM from Portici, because he is seriously suspected of the crime of aggravated robberies. On June 29, the young man was responsible for a robbery against a twenty-year-old who, while returning home, was approached by a young man on foot who, threatening him with a knife, stole his iPhone brand cell phone. On July XNUMX, using the same modus operandi, a nineteen-year-old was robbed of his iPhone brand cell phone at knifepoint. The description of the robber, given by the victims of both robberies, had a common denominator in the criminal's physical characteristics, in particular his very thin build and the various moles on his face. Furthermore, the second young man who was robbed provided, in his complaint, a detailed description of the clothes worn by the robber. All these details did not escape the attention of the police who, knowing well the criminals gravitating in the Portici areas, identified the young man arrested as the alleged perpetrator of the robberies. Further confirmation was acquired from the video surveillance images of some commercial establishments in the area of the robberies, both of which occurred in Via Scalea, which confirmed the investigative hypothesis. In the home of the same person the items of clothing described in detail were found, therefore PM, was taken to the Police offices for the necessary investigations and subsequently associated to the Naples Poggioreale prison.
