Toto Cutugno had to cancel a free concert that had been planned for months in Belgium for June 30th in the town of Seraigne after suffering a sudden illness. Eric Vanbrabant, the town's sports and culture councilor, posted the news on social media, describing a "heart attack" for which he was admitted to the Liège hospital. Cutugno was the guest of honor and was scheduled to perform in the square during the three-night Italian Song Festival, a free festival organized by the town's Italian cultural center that draws over 10 attendees. "His condition is stable," the councilor told the local press.
