The Carabinieri arrested 18-year-old Seferovic Brendo and 28-year-old Zdravko Sulejmnovic, both living in the camp on the Circumvallazione Esterna, for aggravated theft. They were stopped along with a 14-year-old on board an Opel, immediately after stealing from a farm on Via Madonna del Pantano owned by a 36-year-old, taking away the irrigation system with all the batteries.
During subsequent investigations it was ascertained that the 3 had been the protagonists of 2 other thefts to the detriment of as many agricultural companies, one of which was attempted, and that they had prepared a tow hook to steal a drainage motor capable of quickly irrigating several hectares of land. The arrested were transferred to the Naples Poggioreale prison
