One of the "scions" of the Mancuso 'Ndrangheta clan, Emanuele Mancuso, 30, son of boss Pantaleone, known as "the engineer," has reportedly repented and begun collaborating with the Catanzaro DDA. This is according to the newspaper "Gazzetta del Sud." If the news is confirmed, it would be the first case of repentance within the historic Limbadi clan, at the center of numerous criminal activities, including international ones. Emanuele Mancuso, among other things, is the nephew of Rosaria Mancuso, accused of instigating the murder of Matteo Vinci, killed on April 9th with a bomb planted under his car. Matteo Vinci's father, Francesco, was also injured in the attack. After his "repentance," Emanuele Mancuso was reportedly taken to Rebibbia prison, where he is already under protection.
