The Lazio Regional Administrative Court (TAR) has changed its position again: it has rejected the appeals from Pro Vercelli and Ternana, suspending the suspension of the September 11th ruling by the CONI Guarantee Committee, which had declared the appeals regarding the current 19-team Serie B format inadmissible. The motions for revocation presented by FIGC Special Commissioner Fabbricini and the Serie B League were granted, thus rendering the new hearings scheduled for next Friday and Monday unnecessary. The appeals will be heard on September 26th, and if the ruling is adverse, the teams hoping for a spot in Serie B are ready to appeal to the Council of State.
