Paura for the former swimming champion Filippo Magnini, who ended up in hospital after a motorcycle accident. It was the athlete from Pesaro himself who told the story by publishing a photo on social media that portrays him in hospital with a bandaged arm.
In the post on Instagram, Magnini writes: “Today I was hoping to have fun, but a car that wasn't giving way cut me off! The result was a wrist in a cast and a big bruise/hematoma, let's say, under my pelvis!
Someone told me… 'you were lucky!' And I said: 'YES'. But to tell the truth, I wasn't lucky!
I was on a motorbike, I was going through a green light and I don't feel lucky to have been hit by a car! It could have been worse, yes, much worse and here I say that I was lucky...
but lucky no! Guys, 1000 eyes on the street always, because you can get hurt but above all do harm!”.
