Copen. Six people will face trial in the investigation into illegal building in Capri. After a long investigation entrusted to the Carabinieri of the Capri station and the soldiers of the Sorrento Company, six people have been sent to trial. Among them are the Director of the Technical Office, Massimo Stroscio, already under house arrest for a case of illegal building, the surveyor who signed the false amnesty, the owner of the property and some members of the municipal building commission who approved the practice. The hearing will be held on January 21st. The mayor of Capri, De Martino, as the injured party, will be able to appoint a defense attorney to protect the interests of the city community. The amnesty file under scrutiny concerns a series of crimes including abuse of office and ideological forgery.
