E' the 33-year-old Albanian who a few days ago attacked a transport company in Francolise, in the Caserta area, with some accomplices, was arrested for robbery, and was then wounded in the eye by a shotgun fired by the owner of the company. The order was issued by the Public Prosecutor's Office of Santa Maria Capua Vetere, which also entered the Caserta businessman in the register of suspects for the crime of attempted murder, and the latter's son for aiding and abetting. During the robbery, the businessman was hit by the truck that the foreigner had just stolen from the company, suffering a fractured tibia and fibula; he wanted to stop the vehicle, so he took up his hunting rifle and fired at the windshield, hitting the Albanian driver; the foreigner's bloodstains remained on the seat of the truck, which were then collected by the Carabinieri of the RIS in Rome, and compared with his DNA. The Albanian, currently hospitalized at Cardarelli, was thus identified and stopped.
