The company with lots of billboards has announced that the new hypermarket will open on Thursday 25th. The councilors have officially raised some concerns this morning in the urban planning commission, leveraging two fundamental aspects: on the one hand, the exit ramp on the road to Maddaloni would be dangerous; on the other, the property has not yet completed the project. Eurospin was created according to the same principle as Lidl, that is, 49% of the area must be used for commercial activities, 51% must be of public utility. Well, we're there for 49%, 51% is missing... Laws in hand, this would not be a problem since the property can open regularly with a provisional permit with the commitment to complete the work in the following four months. But, for Eurospin the news does not end here. It turned out that at the end of September, the Municipality approved a variation to the initial Eurospin project that includes the construction of a sports center behind the hypermarket with two swimming pools and a parking lot. The new project, observing the area from the variant to the orange park, provides in rapid succession the hypermarket, the sports center and, only at the end, the public green equipped with children's rides and a multipurpose field which, according to the councilors, would still be too far from the center, just to understand in the space of the Lidl, the commercial area and the play area are adjacent.
