E' Wanda Nara, wife and manager of Inter striker Mauro Icardi, was acquitted "for not having committed the crime", accused in the trial before the second criminal section of Milan on charges of having posted on Twitter and Facebook, sharing them publicly, the personal data, including the mobile phone number, of her ex-husband and Argentine striker Maxi Lopez. The judge acquitted her with the formula that follows the 'old' lack of evidence. The prosecutor had asked for a 4-month sentence for Nara. The judge probably accepted the defense thesis of the lawyer Giuseppe Di Carlo, who in the last hearing had asked for Nara's acquittal, arguing that "there is no proof of her responsibility", that is, that "she was the author of the posts on social networks and not even that she caused damage to the footballer". Icardi's wife ended up in the dock for illicit processing of private data after the complaint filed by the player who now plays for Vasco da Gama in Brazil.
