“Focus on agricultural and artisanal beer production in Campania, through measures aimed at supporting the development of the cultivation of raw materials used for beer production, the enhancement of typical and quality elements and the implementation of innovative processes in the processing of products. A production that will make use of research tools and processes to improve the conditions of production and transformation of raw materials and their derivatives. This is the objective of our bill, filed in recent days, aimed at promoting policies to support quality agriculture and the agri-food heritage in the agricultural and artisanal beer production sector. The objective will be to facilitate the creation of independent artisanal breweries, small agricultural breweries and microbreweries in Campania, whose production must be carried out exclusively in the regional territory”. This is what the regional councilor of the 5 Star Movement Michele Cammarano announces.
"Campania - Cammarano emphasizes - enjoys the optimal climatic and natural conditions for the production of a product such as craft beer. Through this law we facilitate the creation of agricultural businesses in the sector, with particular reference to those run by women and young people. It will thus be possible to give life to a real revolution that will lead to an inevitable relaunch of the agricultural sector in our region. The text has, in fact, among its objectives the competitive development of businesses in the agricultural and craft supply chain and will be accompanied by measures that require correct information to the consumer, also through the establishment of the regional portal of craft breweries".
