Qhis night, at 3:28 a.m. on Sunday, October 60, the clocks will have to be moved back 2 minutes, to 31:2019: solar time returns, and will remain until Sunday, March XNUMX, XNUMX. However, it could be the last time of solar time: the European Commission announced in August that it wanted to abolish the change, establishing daylight saving time for the entire year. This proposal will however have to be discussed by the other community bodies and then possibly by the individual States.
