Castellammare. The Juvenile Court of Naples has granted probation starting next January for the three child rapists linked to the D'Alessandro clan who last April gang-raped a 12-year-old girl from Gragnano, the ex-girlfriend of one of the three. The decision came yesterday during a dramatic confrontation in the courtroom in which the three cried and explained that they were "Ashamed" of what they had done. Equally strong and moving was the response of the girl's mother who shouted at them "You have ruined our lives". The three have asked to study in the morning and work in the afternoon, engaging in social projects and assistance to the disabled and sick. And they will be able to do so, thanks to a favorable report from the social workers and psychologists who have been following them for months. Since last September 12th they have been in a rehabilitation community after having been in juvenile prison for five months: the juvenile court had accepted the requests made by the defenders (Gennaro Somma and Antonio De Martino) of the three deciding to transfer them to a rehabilitation community. In the meantime the XNUMX-year-old from Gragnano left the area and moved to the North for fear of reprisals against her. The decision came after a dramatic face to face that took place in the courtrooms for juveniles in Naples last July. For the first time the twelve-year-old from Gragnano victim of the gang of child rapists linked to the D'Alessandro clan of Castellammare had met. In the presence of a psychologist and the lawyers of the parties during the protected hearing the girl had confirmed the accusations against the three rapists. retracing, not without difficulty and not without interruptions due to the emotion of those bad moments, what happened that evening in April when she was raped and filmed in a group in a room of the Terme di Stabia. One of the boys had been her boyfriend and then they broke up because of his violent behavior towards her. He had forced her to smoke a joint and then have sex and then he had blackmailed her asking for money in exchange for silence and not to spread the photos and images of the relationships to her friends and teachers. Then in April there was the gang rape organized by another boy, a friend of her ex, and a close relative of a boss of the D'Alessandro clan. The three, defended by lawyers Antonio De Martino and Gennaro Somma, had asked for forgiveness.
