Fabrizio Corona must return to prison because he has violated the rules of probationary therapeutic placement on several occasions. This is the request made by the representative of the Attorney General, Nunzia Gatto, during the hearing, held behind closed doors, which lasted over 4 hours in front of the judges of the Surveillance of Milan who reserved the right to make a decision in the coming days. Representing Corona in the courtroom was the lawyer Antonella Calcaterra. From what emerges, for the Attorney General's Office Corona cannot be granted definitive therapeutic placement, as requested by the defense, and his provisional placement should be revoked starting from February and, therefore, he should serve the last 9 months in prison. The representative of the prosecution listed the violations of the prescriptions that the former photographer of the VIPs allegedly committed after the hearing last June, when the judges decided to take time before deciding on the placement, setting the new hearing for today. From the use of social media to participation in 'Gf Vip' with a fight with the host Ilary Blasi, these are some of the 'accusations' that could cost Corona dearly.
