NAs part of an investigation coordinated by the Public Prosecutor's Office of Naples North, the Carabinieri of the Giugliano in Campania Company have executed a custodial remand order issued by the GIP of the Court of Naples North against a 37-year-old person, resident in Melito di Napoli, for the crime of robbery.
The investigation activities began following the complaint filed by a couple of young people who were victims of two robberies, one week apart, while they were in the municipality of Mugnano di Napoli. The investigative activities, corroborated by the examination of the video surveillance images acquired and the examination of the telephone records, allowed the Carabinieri of the S.Antimo branch to identify the perpetrator of the robberies, recognized, among other things, by the victims. The aforementioned was already subject to the precautionary measure of house arrest for other similar episodes.
