NHe had never obtained a driving license and, to get around this, he had thought of replacing himself with a schoolmate, in order to avoid possible fines and penalties during checks by the Highway Police. The agents of the highway subsection of the Highway Police of Fuorigrotta, in NAPLES, discovered what a 26-year-old had planned and reported him. Caught by the police three times, during a check on the ring road, in fact, the 26-year-old in the same circumstances, pretending to have forgotten his driving license at home, had declined the personal details of his classmate, supported by the statements of his girlfriend who vouched for him, showing her identity document. When the victim received several traffic violation reports at home, which he obviously did not recognize because he had never committed them, the Highway Police began investigations that led to the identification of the real offender. The 26-year-old was thus reported, at liberty, because he was responsible for the crimes of impersonation and, in conjunction with his 25-year-old girlfriend, also for the crime of false attestation to a public official
