Comunera di San Cipriano d'Aversa with the minutes of resolution of the Municipal Council No. 82 of 20.06.2018, the "Creation of a social center called 'Dopo di noi' for the reception and integration of the disabled, in a property confiscated from the Camorra, located in Via Madonna del Popolo, n.15" is provided.
To approve the revised feasibility study of the “Project for the construction of a social center called “for the reception and integration of the disabled”, to be implemented at the property confiscated from D'Alessandro Cipriano as part of Operation Spartacus, located in Via Madonna del Popolo, n. 15, already entrusted on loan for use free of charge to Agrorinasce Scarl – Agency for innovation, development and security of the territory; to specify that for the realization of the project referred to in the previous point no expense is foreseen to be charged to the budget of the Institution.
The project has obtained regional funding of 950 thousand euros under regional resolution no. 73 of 14/02/2017 which provides for the implementation of actions in the sectors of legality and security and social cohesion in Campania with interventions aimed at the reuse and refunctionalization of assets confiscated from organized crime. The structure will be divided into a day center and a residential center. The ground floor will be used to welcome and care for disabled people, also through the provision of essential services. A real "life program" will be drawn up to encourage integration into the world of work in line with the pathologies of the guests. On the central floor, awareness-raising programs, training and development of skills for managing daily life and achieving the highest possible level of autonomy will be developed. The first floor will be used to house severely disabled people to be hosted in the structure even if only temporarily in the event of an emergency.
