Cocaine and crack dealing: two pushers arrested in Vesuvius

The Carabinieri have made two arrests for drug trafficking in the Naples area. In Somma Vesuviana, a 38-year-old local man already known to the police was arrested for possession of drugs for the purpose of dealing. The military stopped him for checks along Via Marigliano and during searches, personnel on site and at home in his home on Via Zingarello, they found him in possession of 22 grams of cocaine, some of which had already been divided into doses, and a precision scale. In San Vitaliano, instead, a 59-year-old local man, known to the police, was arrested. The man was stopped immediately after having sold two doses of cocaine and crack to a 42-year-old local buyer, who was reported to the prefect of Naples. Both are awaiting a direct trial.
