Unemployed youth, final year students of vocational institutes e women were the main recipients of the project: three different targets, but statistically united by the need to be supported in entering the job market. Often, despite the different complexity of the various socio-economic contexts of the country, barriers are created by the lack of awareness of one's own 'talents', understood not so much as excellence in the course of studies, but as skills and qualities that each person possesses and that are spendable in the job market provided that they are identified and directed effectively. Therefore, the participants of Generate Future an orientation path aimed at acquiring specific knowledge and psycho-attitudinal skills necessary for entering the job market was proposed, together with practical workshops offered by the project stakeholders.
Interesting in this regard is the experience of Napoli, where the project ended with the awarding by theAncient Pizzeria “Da Michele” – Michael in the world of a scholarship for pizza chef, won by a willing young man from the Sri Lankan community, Prijan Warnakulasoorya; and a competition for the creation of a scarf announced by the House 'E. Marinella', which he won Davide Saraiello, boy from the Sanità neighborhood who combines his passion for design with his success as a boxing champion.
They will be right Alessandro e Daniela Condurro, General Manager of MITW, e Maurizio Marinella, owner of the historic maison, to retrace on the morning of the 17th the synergy that thanks to Generate Future a Napoli is being born between family associations and an entrepreneurship ready to bet on the training and talent of the city's young people. Together with them, already partners of the project, Diego Guida, CEO of Publishers Guide Srl and president of theUCID (Christian Union of Entrepreneurs and Managers), to demonstrate the company's attention to the dynamics of employment and the youth world.
And the activity of the guest-witness of the day is aimed at young people and their healthy socialization in the name of the values of sport and legality, Giovanni Maddaloni, judo champion and founder of the Star Judo Club Naples, which in the difficult neighborhood of Scampia since 1980 it has offered young people opportunities for integration and redemption.
Following, after a musical moment by the Maestro saxophonist Giulio Martino, the conclusions of the day, entrusted to Gianluigi De Palo, President of the Forum of Family Associations. “Everything educates and we can all educate – De Palo underlines – and thanks to Generate Future The Forum of Family Associations has given many young people who dream of finding a job, but who have difficulty understanding how to break the 'rubber wall' that seems to stand between their theoretical preparation and the actual entry into the company, the necessary tools to be able to enter with a pinch of more competitive ability in the working universe they have always dreamed of. A multiplier of skills and attractive capacity that more than ever in this time can make the difference between a neet and a fully integrated worker who is happy to do what he does. Because we don't want to resign ourselves to having to see our children on Skype, emigrated abroad in search of a working future".
