Confcooperative FedAgriPesca Campania achieves a new important result. The Coordinator of the Agricultural Area of the Federation, Nicola De Leonardis, is officially in the Regional Observatory of Precision Agriculture, as indicated in the presidential decree n. 89 of 13 June 2019. De Leonardis will represent the agricultural and agri-food cooperation of the large family of Confcooperative Campania, projected towards an agriculture that respects the ecosystem, innovative and oriented towards a responsible use of pesticides, also in line with the new Agricultural Development Plan.
"We bring together agricultural cooperatives and Producer Organizations and especially within the latter the debate and practices in terms of precision agriculture are a reality. For the role of connector that we play between individual entrepreneurial realities and the institutional world, we are proud to be part of the Observatory. We have worked to ensure that cooperation had a say, it was not a foregone conclusion. This too is representation” comments the president of FedaAgriPesca Campania, Alfonso Di Massa.
The Observatory will be located at the General Directorate of Agricultural Policies of the Campania Region after the summer.
