“Sabbatical year? The reason is much simpler than expected, I am without a team and I have to stay still”. Thus Massimiliano Allegri, intercepted by the microphones of Sky Sport on the sidelines of a charity event in Milan, returns to talk about his immediate future. Pressed on the next championship and the return of great coaches like Conte and probably Sarri, the former Juventus coach replies: “Like every year it will be a beautiful championship, I will be curious to see it. The returns? They are not things that concern me”. Allegri does not respond to questions about the future Juventus coach without giving advice to Sarri, while he speaks more willingly of the Azzurre at the Women's World Cup: “It is a movement that is growing a lot, it is very important. I think it is a beautiful positive note for Italy, we must be confident for the future and not always be negative. The results of Italian football show that we have done something good by being 4 times World Champions. Let's stop imitating others, everyone has their own traditions and let's try to maintain them”.
